After the visit to the Holy Stairs, the tour will proceed on the ancient Via Appia, one of the most important Roman roads.
We will pass nearby the small church of “Domine quo vadis” until you reach the Catacombs, the ancient underground cemeteries and extraordinary expression of faith for the first Christians.
Walking through the narrow galleries of the catacomb you can see the wide variety of tombs and decorations.
